We will take reasonable steps to provide free-of-charge language assistance services to people who languages we are likely to hear in our practice and who don’t speak English well enough to talk to us about the dental care we are providing.
Mark D. Thebaut D.D.S., P.C., d/b/a Tebo Dental and its affiliated practices are dedicated to providing services to patients, companions and visitors in a professional and courteous manner that respects, protects, and promotes the rights of our patients.
Our staff will treat all of our patients, their companions and visitors receiving services with equality in a courteous manner that is free of any discrimination based on age, race, color, creed, ethnicity, religion, nation origin, marital status, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, veteran or military status, or any other basis prohibited by federal, state, or local law.

Any person, who believes that he, she or another person has been subjected to discrimination that is not permitted, may file a complaint with the Chief Compliance Coordinator.
